Work with me
Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially when you're not sure what to expect. My hope is to make the process feel as straightforward and comfortable as possible.
Ask whatever you need to ask, and take the time you need to decide whether working together feels right. Reaching out doesn't commit you to anything.

Common questions
What happens during a first session?
We'll spend some time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to counselling, and exploring what you'd like support with. There's no expectation that you have everything figured out.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
Counselling is generally confidential, with some legal and professional exceptions that I'll explain as part of the counselling process.
